Anna is one of our Customer Service Representatives. She is Canadian born and moved to the US with her husband 19 years ago to help build a startup company. She brings opportunistic energy and passion to our team. Every day, Anna strives to ensure each customer has a positive experience by personally connecting them with the technician who can best resolve their problem. Whether you’re experiencing a home emergency, have questions regarding billing, or need to schedule an appointment, Anna will be glad to assist you.

When she is not working, Anna can be found laughing and making memories with family and friends. She and her husband have three daughters and together they enjoy traveling as well as attend musical concerts and plays. She loves working for Accurate because the fun family environment reflects the values of her own. Additionally, she feels proud to be apart of a group of individuals who are so committed to quality and integrity.
