Entertain your Thanksgiving guests or simply get in the holiday spirit with these tiny treats.
Flour, for surface
8-oz. tube crescent dough
8-oz. wheel of brie
1/2 cup of whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup of chopped pecans
6 sprigs of rosemary, cut into 1″ pieces.
- Begin by preheating the oven to 375 degrees and lightly spraying a mini muffin tin. Next, lightly flour your rolling surface to roll out the crescent dough and cut into 24 equal square pieces. Make sure to pinch the seams in the dough together to create a smooth, even dough. Place the 24 squares into the muffin tin slots.
- Next, prepare the filling by cutting brie into small pieces and placing on top of the dough in the muffin tin. Then, spoon the cranberry sauce and chopped pecans into each slot. Top with the rosemary garnish. Once the oven has heated to 375, bake bites for 15 minutes or until golden and let stand to cool before serving. Lastly… enjoy these yummy Thanksgiving appetizers!
